Online Warranty Registration:

The quickest and most convenient way to register your Human Touch product is our Online Registration form. By registering your Goods with us, you will help us better serve all of your technical support and warranty needs, should they arise.

 

Service and Technical Support:

Consumers can contact our customer service department between 9:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday to Friday for any warranty or service issues at 0208 211 3666. It is required that consumers have their serial number and dated proof of purchase (sales receipt) available when they place the call.

 

When you call:

Once a consumer reaches a customer service representative, a call record will be opened in the consumer's name with a reference number assigned. This reference number will be provided to the consumer to reference their inquiry in the future. While the customer service representative handles most consumer inquiries during the initial call, in some instances the consumer call record will be escalated to a technical service specialist for advanced support.

 

Warranty and Service Related Returns:

Our customer service will only issue Return Material Authorizations for products being returned to Zero Gravity Products’ service facility for authorized repair and/or evaluation. Zero Gravity Products will not issue Return Material Authorizations for buyer’s remorse.

For approved returns, the consumer is responsible for packing the product in the original box or in approved packaging that is available for sale from Human Touch. Products received without a valid RMA number or one clearly marked on the box will be refused.

Warranty:

In addition to the Buyer’s statutory rights, Zero Gravity Products guarantees all Goods against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery unless specified otherwise in the sales literature. The Warranty Coverage Clock Starts at the time the Consumer receives their product. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs. Elapsed time is measured by continuous calendar days based on a seven day week. This warranty does not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users.

Parts & Labour:

Zero Gravity Products will contact the customer first to attempt to resolve the problem by phone or email. Where necessary, Zero Gravity Products will arrange collection of the chair; or arrange for an authorized service provider to go to a consumer residence for repair of their chair. They will call ahead to schedule their visit. Upon completion of the repairs, Zero Gravity Products will deliver the chair back to the pick-up address.

Parts:

All covered parts deemed necessary to resolve the service issue by Zero Gravity Products Customer Support will be shipped at no charge.

Structure:

The consumer is responsible for returning the product to Zero Gravity Products. Return shipping, parts and labour costs are covered by Zero Gravity Products.

Warranty Limitations:

Zero Gravity Products warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Seller. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. The Goods will not be repaired or replaced under this warranty if they fail due to neglect, abuse, or misuse that is beyond the control of Zero Gravity Products.

The warranty does not cover accidental cosmetic damage to the Goods.

The warranty does not cover breakdown or damage caused by power surges, lightning, flood, wind or any other severe weather damage either directly or indirectly.

The warranty does not cover loss of theft of the Goods.

Zero Gravity Products is not responsible in any way for any losses suffered through you or anyone else not being able to use the Goods.

If after examination and testing your returned Goods do not have a fault, you may be charged a service fee.

This warranty is not transferable and is non-refundable.

Neither you nor Zero Gravity Products will be responsible for failure to carry out obligations under this warranty if such failure is caused by conditions outside either of our control.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, details of which can be obtained from your local Trading Standards Department, Citizens Advice Department, or through Consumer Direct.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
